Remember there’s no cure for acne, however at L’Or Beaute your esthetician can help you manage your acne. We help you determine which type of acne you’re suffering from, and best recommendations on products to help. We will start with our first treatment and set a proper treatment plan over the next 8-10 weeks to help clear your skin.
Cancellation Policy
Hello L'Or Beaute Babe, I am Lovely B. Owner & Senior Artist at L'Or Beaute Parlour LLC. At L'Or Beauté we pride our self in Luxurious services, Customer relation & Outstanding customer service. In order to better serve you we have some regulations. APPOINTMENTS We recommend booking your services in advance, All last minute appointments may require a fee. All appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. All deposits are charged immediately at the time of booking, balance is due the day of appointment. We understand emergencies happen, If you must reschedule your appointment please do so within 24hrs of booking your appointment. Our Guests are allowed up to one rescheduling, failure to make it to agreed rescheduled time will result in the forfeit of your deposit. DEPOSITS All appointments Requires a deposit of 50% of total charge in order to secure date and time. All deposits are non refundable. If Makeup Artist must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances such as sickness, accidents, acts of God and other reasons beyond the artist control deposit will be refunded in full in the form of payment. Final Payment is accepted by cash or card, PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App or Venmo NO CALL NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN 100% SERVICE FEE LATE POLICY Please be mindful and respectful of time. If you are more than 15mns late your appointment may be cancelled. Deposit will not be refundable or transferable. PLEASE NO LATENESS WITHOUT WARNING. Late Surcharge- $25- 10mns Failure to agree to pay surcharge will result in appointment cancellation. All Appointments are automatically canceled after 15mns of lateness (Unless Communicated Differently). ARRIVAL TIME & ACCOMMODATION We love our clients and promptness, Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible (no more than 10 minutes prior). Due to sanitary purposes, If you arrive early, we may ask you to wait outside until we contact you. We understand this may be inconvenient, however we are prioritising these measures due to sanitary, safety and to make sure to practice social distancing. ELECTRONIC DEVICES POLICY Cellphone use can be very disruptive for our Makeup Artist please try your best to remain off your phone. Please keep cell phones on vibrate. If you must answer a call please keep it low and off speaker, Ask Makeup Artist for a short grace period of 2mns unless emergencies. Failure to comply with Electronic Device Policy may result in service cancellation. We are very excited to meet you and provide the ultimate luxurious experience.
